GOCO has been contracted to provide spa and spa technical consulting services for the two spas at the MGM Grand and Skyloft properties developed by Sino-steel. One of the two spas will comprise luxurious spa suites and will be located in a 350 meter-tall tower, the tallest building in Tianjin with spectacular views over the city. GOCO will provide market research and feasibility studies, formulate appropriate spa concepts, develop positioning strategy, demand analysis, and financial forecast, design & technical services, as well as establishing and implementing pre- and post-opening operational procedures and standards.

The hotel is scheduled to open in 2015.
