The iconic Mina Zayed Waterfront Development will be located in a 150-acre site on the Mina Zayed pier overlooking the Arabian Gulf with views of the Corniche and Abu Dhabi’s skyline. It will contain a total of 780 guest rooms and 569 residences which will be flagged MGM Grand, Bellagio, and Skylofts, all managed by MGM Hospitality.

GOCO will be developing four distinct spa and wellness facilities covering a total area of 100,000 square meters, all of which offer different experiences while still synching operationally. The spa experiences will be in keeping with the MGM brand parameters, combining wellness practices with exceptional services and entertainment. In addition, there will also be a male grooming salon and female beauty medi-spa within the premises.

The Mina Zayed Waterfront Development is expected to be open in 2014.
