Situated on a scenic site surrounded by two rivers near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home of the world-famous Nogorongoro Crater — known as “the cradle of life” and a haven of wildlife — and Mt. Kilimanjaro, the Moevenpick Tanzania will be an integrated resort comprising the hotel, an entertainment mall, a European hotel school training center, and a destination spa developed and to be operated by GOCO.

GOCO has conducted initial market research and feasibility studies for the Moevenpick Tanzania project and is presently developing a Bhodi Dhama spa within the resort, incorporating wellness practices of Indian Ayurveda, traditional Chinese and Tibetan traditional medicine, and those practices within the locale and surrounding countries.

Moevenpick Tanzania is targeted to open in the second quarter of 2014.
